Inspiring students at

the intersection of

mental health

and leadership

Your students matter to you.

My message matters to them.

Let's partner together today!

Recent studies show:

  • Nearly two-thirds of incoming undergraduates have already been exposed to a traumatic event

  • Over 60% of college students meet the criteria for at least one mental health condition

  • More than 40% of undergraduates have considered dropping out in the last six months with the majority citing mental health as the reason

Students dropping out impacts the financial bottom line for universities. Far worse, it damages the potential personal growth of the individual preventing them from stepping into the calling God has for them. In the process, the university loses the opportunity to develop future leaders in their respective fields of study.

It doesn't have to be this way.

"Our present is so much more valuable than our

past and the lies that trauma has told us."

About Ken

Ken grew up in extreme poverty. His mom had a severe mental illness resulting in ongoing waves of violence and trauma. The fallout from this echoed for decades. Thankfully, God placed key people in his life guiding him towards His hope. Since then, Ken has committed his life to paying this forward in meaningful and creative ways.

In 2003, Ken started a health care company, Maximum Personal Achievement Services. He grew the company into a multi-million-dollar company. During this time, Ken led over 1,000 employees towards their mission of “Expecting more than others think is possible.”

Additionally, Ken has also launched Christian mentoring programs including the “20 Minute Challenge” and “Pro Entrepreneur Challenge” connecting college-aged people to God while unlocking their leadership potential.

Ken met his wife Lezlie at Evangel University where they both graduated in 1993. They live in Ohio where they raised their family. His daughter Aryanna graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2017 and his son Bryce graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2022.

Embracing Impossible: Generating Influence. Changing the World

In its most basic form, leadership is influence. And since everyone has influence (including both students and business professionals alike), leadership does not require a job title. In fact, the greatest influence usually happens without a formal designation. Creating better leaders, future leaders, and improving current leadership skills begins here.

Join an expert with decades of experience and a proven track record of remarkable influence.

In this presentation your students will:

  • Identify the primary goal to generate the biggest influence

  • Acquire the four keys to embracing impossible

  • Learn how to step into their God-given calling
